About Stéphanie
Stéphanie Ayusawa is a French-Japanese podcast producer and the founder of ZERO TO ONE Productions. Fluent in French, English and Japanese, she studied in Europe and Asia, spent most of her life in Japan and is now based in Los Angeles.
After nearly six years in consulting, she launched ZERO TO ONE in 2022, on her daughter’s first birthday. For its first two years, the podcast explored the first year postpartum. She then broadened its focus to other life events, including loss, divorce and moving abroad. It also marked a career shift: podcast production became her full time job.
She works with clients on editorial strategy and production. Every week, she publishes Podcast Insights, her take on what is shaping the podcast industry.
